ViacomCBS 6 Month ChartAbout five weeks ago the entire position of ViacomCBS (VIAC) in the SMA Portfolio was sold at $60 per share. This was followed by regret as the stock subsequently soared to over $100. Subsequently, VIAC suffered an epic plunge as management decided to raise $3 billion in capital via new stock offerings. VIAC briefly traded below $40 per share today.

Given that not much has changed in the last few days regarding VIAC except a bit of shareholder dilution, I decided to purchase shares at $44.

The allocation to VIAC in the SMA Portfolio is now 3.2%.
