Stanley Crouch Sees a Big Correction in Our Future
Stanley Crouch, Chief Investment Officer of Aegis Capital, has been bullish in the past, but he now sees stocks heading lower.
Admitting the future is very hard to predict, Crouch said he now sees a “freckled swan” with patches of problems starting to appear. Eurozone concerns, the fiscal cliff, corporate earnings slowdown, China, and how much government collaboration there’ll be post-election, are all concerns according to Crouch.
Crouch said the 1330 level on the S&P 500 was critical and if that was broken the market could re-test the lows made in October 2011.
The interview continued with Crouch bolstering his case for a 25% drop in the stock market based on historical precedent.
