Scott Bleier: "I am ready willing and able to begin shorting stocks"

By on August 12, 2009

Scott Bleier said there’s major technical resistance to the market going higher and has exited almost all of his long positions. Bleier argues that the market has been supported by the government, but it will be extraordinarily difficult to make progress from this level.

SMA Comment: Bleier was a Fox Business News commentator in the past and seemed to be more accurate in his predictions than the typical talking head on that particular network.

More accurate? Maybe that's why he's no longer with Fox! Their business shows are a joke.

The failures of Fox Business News market commentators and "gurus" have been chronicled here in the past. It's interesting you don't see the more accurate individuals (Bleier & Jim Rogers) on anymore. I stopped watching awhile ago, since Rogers' became scarce; although his "buy commodities" spiel was getting old.
