Harry Dent‘s theory on a baby boomer stock bubble appears to be headed for a bust. I listened to an interview with Dent 4 months ago and he was expecting a major rally to unfold this summer so the jury is still out.

A short term prediction made in November by Gary B. Smith was pretty close to being on the mark which has been unusual for him.
