Mark Mobius Thinks Bargains Abound

Apparently Mark Mobius, long time emerging markets investor for Templeton Asset Management, believes the recession may be short-lived and investors have the opportunity to buy emerging market stocks low now and wait for the cycle to turn up and sell higher.
