Mark Hulbert Hasn’t Seen Capitulation

In a Marketwatch column, Mark Hulbert says we may have seen a panic, but the capitulation stage has not been reached. In Hulbert’s opinion, the market has not made its low yet because investors continue to show interest in stocks. Hulbert basically defines capitulation as exhaustion, disgust, lack of interest, and apathy regarding the stock market.
