Liz Ann Sonders Says the S&P 500 Trading 25% Below its 200 Day Moving Average

Liz Ann Sonders, on CNBC today, pointed out how bad the market is by stating the S&P 500 is 25% below its 200 day moving average, which is a rare occurence.
