By on September 18, 2009

Ken Fisher presents his case that the stock market is only halfway through its “V” rally and is in a “reverse bubble.” He says that most of the gains have been seen, but indicates there are more to come. Fisher adds there has never been a countertrend rally globally in a bear market. Fisher blames the financial crash, which he admits not forecasting in advance, on Hank Paulson “killing” Lehman Brothers.
