Infrastructure Spending Might Help The Economy

After spending hundreds of billions to bail out irresponsible banking institutions (much of which was used to enrich the scoundrels who made the mess in the first place), The Economist magazine examines why more hasn’t been spent on re-building the infrastructure of the U.S.
