Dow 15,000

By on July 24, 2009

So says a fellow by the name of Charles Lemonides, chief investment officer with ValueWorks, who sees this number on the Dow in a couple of years. It didn’t take much bullish action to bring out gurus trying to make the front pages. Actually the S&P 500 is up about 45% since March 9th, which is no small feat. Brian Wesbury, chief economist at First Trust Advisors, is not far behind by claiming that stocks are 50% undervalued and the Dow will breach 10,000 by year-end.
