Doug Kass is Getting More Defensive

Doug Kass is expecting returns from equities to be sub-par in the coming years and is increasing the cash portion of his model portfolio allocation from 29% to 43%. Kass thinks there is a good chance the economy will undergo a double-dip recession and investors shouldn’t be heavily invested in stocks if this comes to pass.
