Dealbreaker Believes There is no Magic Pill to Fix the Problems of the World Economy
Dealbreaker has posted a short piece which deals with a subject that has become evident over the past year. It is the fact that world governments and central banks are impotent when it comes to fixing a problem that has been building up for years. When houses and everything else have been over-supplied on the basis of extremely loose lending standards where almost anyone (no matter their ability to repay) could get a loan, the problem becomes too enormous for anyone’s ability to “inject” anything without severe consequences.
