BP PLC Added to the SMA Portfolio

BP PLCBP PLC (BP) was added to the SMA Portfolio today as part of the speculative move into resources sectors outlined in earlier posts. Value stocks in relation to growth have been historically weak. Leading the pack of relative weakness have been energy equities. BP was purchased at $36.00 and respresents a weighting of approximately 2.2% of the portfolio. BP currently yields approximately 7%.
