Bill Miller Says Stocks Cheapest Since Early 80’s

Bill Miller, the mutual fund manager famous for beating the S&P 500 15 straight years, then falling on his face, says now is the best time to buy stocks since the early 1980’s.

In an interview with CNBC, Miller says his favorite picks now include Merck (MRK), Amgen (AMGN), Hewlett-Packard (HPQ), Intel (INTC), Goldman Sachs (GS) and Wells Fargo (WFC).
