Bill Miller Provides His Views

By on January 13, 2010

Bill Miller, the “legendary” mutual fund manager, was on CNBC giving his views on individual stocks and the economy. Miller, of course, is infamous for having an incredible lucky streak lasting 15 years where his fund, Legg Mason Value Trust, beat the S&P 500 each year. However, his fund imploded in 2007-2009 when he made some horrible bets on financial stocks.

Miller feels the economy will perform better than the consensus view. He points out IBM, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America as good values in the current environment.
