According to Larry Kudlow on CNBC today, Bill Miller, manager of the Legg Mason Value Trust and renowned for beating the S&P 500 a record 15 years in a row said the market had hit bottom. Kudlow pointed out that Miller previously called the bottom on April 23, 2008, which was obviously wrong. Miller has also wiped out most of his previous years gains in a dismal performance this year.
